Yep, it is finally spring. Which is wonderful! It’s warmer, it’s brighter and the days are longer. Now is when we all start to stretch out our winter legs and arms and wonder if we’ll ever be brave enough to strut along the beach in our favourite bikini or boardies. We’re in constant overload these days, which means we’re always in adrenal hyper-drive. This means our body’s metabolism is affected and we can’t burn calories fast enough – we just get fat!!

Lose weight: hit the cardio mixed with high rep, low weight resistance training.
Muscle size/bulk: work the weights at mid to high range weight with mid to low range reps.
Strength: go heavy and go low reps.
