Personal Trainer

Where I come from (out here in the beautiful Baulkham Hills and Hills District!), weight loss isn’t just about running 5 kilometres a day and heaving a few dumbbells around a gym floor. Neither is it about carb-free diets, meal replacement shakes or fat blasting pills. And it certainly isn’t about having a personal trainer scream at you from a distance and bully you into training!

Why do you think we personal trainers are always so bouncy? Because we train and eat right and so, feel great.

No lies: it takes hard work to lose weight and feel great and it takes dedication and time, even for me as a personal trainer. But nobody said you have to achieve your perfect body all on your lonesome. Even personal trainers have personal trainers. I have a personal trainer! Yep, that’s right, I have a personal trainer who trains me in and around the beautiful surrounds of Baulkham Hills! And this is where you get to train! Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill and the Hills District.

Now, you need to stop and think about why you want to lose weight or increase your fitness or tone up your muscles. Stop and think about why a personal trainer will work for you.

Is this something that you want to do, or is it something that you think you should be doing? You see, attitude makes a world of difference when it comes to achieving what you set out to do. If you’re doing something because you’ve been told you should, chances are you’re going to hate doing it (and you’re going to hate your personal trainer too!). If you’re doing something because you think you should but you’re not really interested in it, you’re going to hate doing it. Which is why it’s so important to find the right personal trainer for you, out here in the Baulkham Hills area.

If you’re doing something because you really, truly, head-and-heart want to do it, you’ll have fun, you’ll laugh, not a minute of time will be seen as pointless or wasted and if it seems you didn’t end up where you thought you would, you won’t care because you had a whale of a time just doing it! And one day you’ll realize that you really did achieve your goal, it’s just that you were having so much fun along the way with your personal trainer, and learning so many things from your personal trainer, that you didn’t even realize just how much you’d achieved! And that’s how I work as a personal trainer, out here in the beautiful surrounds of Baulkham Hills and Norwest.

How does all this work?

Sure, you get the personalized programs, the ongoing online and face-to-face support, the nutritional advice and meal plans. You get the variety of exercises and the goal setting, the measurement and weigh-in sessions. You get a personal trainer that covers the Baulkham Hills district and shire. You get everything that most other personal trainers and fitness centres offer.

One more thing: You get a unique service that works with your body, injuries and physical restrictions or limitations included – and this is what sets me apart from most personal trainers. I work with you, using exercises and techniques specific to you. I don’t use standard, one size fits all plans that a lot of other personal trainers will use. I take what you give me and I work with you to figure out the most effective, efficient, thorough, pain-free, simplest approach to getting you strong, fit, healthy and happy.

Initial Consultation Session with your Personal Trainer in the Baulkham Hills & Hills District

With me as your personal trainer you get an initial one-hour consult that encompasses measurements, posture evaluation, fitness testing, goal setting, nutrition and time management and planning.

At Home Programs and Sessions with your Personal Trainer in the Baulkham Hills & Hills District

Regular goal setting, fitness testing, measurement and nutrition sessions are scheduled with your personal trainer in order to make certain you are on track and/or to help you get back on track (we all fall off the wagon now & then!).

30 minute and 60 minute training sessions at your home or nearby parklands in the Baulkham Hills and Hills District region.

Core, stretch and postural adjustment training available onsite in Norwest, Baulkham Hills (in conjunction with Natural Balance) or in-home. Areas covered by your personal trainer include Baulkham Hills, Hills District, Hills Shire, Seven Hills, Pennant Hills, Winston Hills, Castle Hill, Blacktown, Kellyville, Cherrybrook
