Hello to you all,
A new Yoga timetable starts week commencing March 28th. Along with the new timetable comes a new round of Yoga Beginner’s Courses.
For those of you who have never tired yoga but would like to, for those who have tried it, but are still not too sure what it’s all about and for those of you who did it ages ago but have forgotten what’s
going on, then this is a great introduction (or re-introduction!) to a practice that helps you stretch, strengthen and protect your body, as well as help to stretch, strengthen and protect your head against
all the stress and chaos the world throws at you. After all, a philosophy with tat has 5,000 years of results backing it up has got to be worth something!
The classes are very small which means that every student is attended to, but it also means places fill up quickly, so get your name in to ensure you don’t miss out!
As for you yogis who have already engaged in practice or have just completed the last round of Beginner’s Courses (firstly, well done!) please see the attached timetable for the appropriate classes
available.
