    New Yoga Beginner’s Courses will be starting as of Wednesday June 8.

    For those of you who have never tried yoga before and would like to know what it’s all about, this is for you! Alternatively, if you have been away from yoga and meditation and would like a refresher course then this is a perfect way of getting back into the swing of things.

    8 x one hour classes that introduce you to the hatha vinyasa yoga practice including meditation, breathing techniques and asana (yoga postures).

    Three class times to choose from: Wednesday 7:30am, 7pm and Thursday 5:30pm.

    Class numbers are strictly limited so be sure to book right away. It’s the perfect way to keep fit, healthy and happy as the chill of winter approaches.

        Anita. How much are the yoga classes? How long are they? 1 hour? How many weeks?

          The Yoga classes are one hour in length, held once per week for 8 weeks and they will be held at Natural Balance. The cost of the course is $150 for all classes and equipment. Will you be there?!

        Anita, Do you only do the courses or do you have a weekly timetable that we can attend? When is the courses held? In the evening, weekends and at what time?

          Hi Jen,
          I sure do have a timetable. The current timetable has a general level class on Tuesdays at 5:30pm and Fridays at 7:20am and a Beginner’s Class on Tuesdays at 7pm and Wednesdays at 5:30pm. These classes are casual attendance classes which means you can attend whenever you like.

          The Beginner’s Course is an 8 week course for one hour per week. You can sign up for Wednesday 7:30am or Thursday 5:30pm. The Wednesday 7pm is now full. For more details check out the blog!
