It’s official! Meditation is making a come back! And why wouldn’t it? It helps to relieve stress; can help to lower blood pressure; alleviate anxiety which in turn can help with eating disorders, weight gain, control and loss; it increases productivity and efficiency of the brain; increases all those feel good hormones you usually rely on chocolate or alcohol to get going and balances the nervous system which results in a happier immune, digestive and cardio-respiratory system.
Is there anything meditation can’t do?
The most exciting news for you right now though is that, as well as the Tuesday morning 11am Meditation course, there is a Monday night one too!
Monday, 5:30pm is Introduction to Yoga Nidra with me, Anita.
Tuesday, 11am is Introduction to Meditation with Darshna Siva.
Darshna is a practiced yogi who is very much looking forward to sharing her experience and understanding of yogic meditation with you. Having come from the corporate world, Darshna knows just what everyone who has ever been stuck behind a desk and tied up with emails is going through!
