People often view massage as a luxury or an unnecessary expense. How many times have you woken up with a stiff neck or back? How often have you come home with sore legs, an aching back, a pounding headache and simply reached for the paracetamol? Sure, it’s a quick fix, but like any bandaid, it always falls off.

I have been trained in the unique and incredibly effective remedial massage technique that is Contractual Tendon and Ligament Release (CLR and CTR). Developed by Brian Cavill of Discover Massage Australia, this remedial massage technique works on the cause of a muscle’s tightness. Having been taught that being thorough is the key to any successful treatment, I have gone on to very successfully relieve pain and heal ongoing problems for many people, through massage. Operating from Baulkham Hills, I happily serve the Hills District and, I can very well, help you!
