I knew that after completing my Advanced Diploma in Stage and Screen at the Actors College of Theatre & Television (ACTT), acting jobs would be few and far between to start with. I needed something to keep me active, busy and feeling good about who I am and what I do. Qualifying for my Cert III and Cert IV in Personal Training has solved that problem and I’ve now set about getting others feeling as good about themselves as they can.

The rigorous training at ACTT entailed studying and practicing Yoga, Feldenkrais, the Alexander Technique, the Suzuki Method and the Meyerhold System of Movement alongside the intensive, and demanding actor training system of Eric Morris. This unique training approach has allowed me to truly appreciate just how complex we are as humans – physically, mentally and emotionally.

Yoga, also a major part of my actor training, has become a huge part of my life and training system. I am able to provide you with yet another tool to help you develop an even stronger and more flexible body and mind. After all, yoga is one of the few philosophies that, even in the Western world, completely engages mind, body and soul.

With this knowledge I will often work with clients as much from the emotional aspect as I do the physical. In working from the inside out, the results that are achieved, last.
